The Site provides general information about our services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but information such as services, hours and policies may change without notice. The Site does not create a contract for service.
Service requests, pricing and arrival times
Submitting an online request does not guarantee service. We will contact you to confirm your request, pricing and estimated arrival time. Prices are provided by phone, and any estimated arrival time is an estimate only; actual times can be affected by traffic, weather, call volume and other conditions. Services are subject to our availability and to the terms provided at the time of service.
Emergencies
If anyone is injured or in danger, call 911. Do not rely on the Site or an online request in an emergency.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to services operated by others, including Towbook and Google. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Trademarks
AAA, GEICO, Tesla and other names mentioned on the Site are trademarks of their respective owners. Their mention describes the programs whose customers we serve and does not imply endorsement beyond our actual service relationships. SoCal Towing is an independent company.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by submitting false requests, interfering with its operation or attempting to access it without authorization.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SoCal Towing is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page.
